You have the right to return your order. Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in excellent condition, with the receipt and in their original packaging.

If the reason for returning a product is due to a company error, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned products have undergone a thorough quality check and are approved. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your payment details for the refund.
